10 tips to make the best out of a quarantine
1. Exercise
Even into the tiniest studio (resembling maybe more of a tent than an apartment), you can fit a yoga mat (and if not, maybe it’s a high time to think about your living situation?). Do yoga. Lift weights. Dance like no one is watching (cause they’re not). You’ll do something for your health AND will feel awesome. You can even challenge your friends and you can exercise together via online video platforms.
2. Give your wardrobe a makeover
Throw away or donate to charity everything you haven’t worn for the past year. Minimalism is the way to go. That applies both to your wardrobe AND your house/apartment. And now I’m getting to the tip número tres:

Throw away all the unnecessary things that do not have sentimental value and even for some of those I wouldn’t think twice – I know you probably love that gingerbread heart your first boyfriend gave you for your one month anniversary but it’s also a great way to invite some uninvited guests, like pantry moths (my friend Darby would agree), into your household.
